GTO is the name that brought on the Muscle Car era and here at LRE its a name we take very seriously. With GTO's being one of our specialty areas we enjoy getting projects in like this one. This 70 started its life as an original GTO 455 Automatic car with A/C. This GTO is now starting life all over again with a 462 inch all Poncho motor, with a Richmond 6-speed mated up to it and a Big Moser 12-bolt behind it all,this car should run away from them all.

     -The 462 has a stock iron crankshaft polished to perfection,it uses R&R aluminum rods,and a set of forged diamond pistons made .030" over. The camshaft is a custom LRE ground hydraulic roller,the edelbrock aluminum heads are pushing the exhaust gases through the stock raIV manifolds and a flowmaster exhaust. The intake is a Edelbrock Victor,quick fuel 850 carb and mallory ignition finishes the motor off.
